B2B Sales Specialist (Japanese & English Speaker)

Outbound B2B sales development role based in Ho Chi Minh City, focused on lead generation, prospect qualification, and account growth for Japanese- and English-speaking candidates. It requires at least two years of sales experience and Japanese proficiency at JLPT N2 or above.

• Generate qualified leads through proactive outbound outreach
• Engage prospects, understand business needs, and qualify opportunities
• Maintain accurate prospect and activity data in CRM systems
• Support account planning and outbound initiatives involving complex sales motions
• Work independently to meet performance targets and grow pipeline

• 2 years minimum in a sales capacity / IT sales
• 1 year minimum in account management
• Graduation required; college degree strongly preferred
• English and Japanese (min JLPT N2)
• B2B lead generation experience
• Cold-calling and negotiation skills
• Strong computer skills (Office + CRM systems)
• Based in Vietnam
