What you'll do
- Collaborate with dentists on real-time case planning and design alignment
- Provide expert advice for complex restorations
- Provide clinical live support by phone, chat, and video call
- Resolve technical hurdles and answer workflow questions
- Act as interface between dental practice and production lab
- Translate clinical feedback into dental technology specifications
What you'll need
- At least 3 years as a dental technician
- At least 2 years hands-on 3Shape CAD/CAM experience
- Understanding of digital process chains and CAD design standards
- German at near-native level with dental terminology
- Fluent English for internal communication
- Strong service, communication, and complaint management skills
- Problem-solver able to manage multiple complex inquiries
