About the role
Part-time remote outbound sales and appointment-setting role for a U.S. dental group, handling calls, chats, emails and texts with Spanish- and English-speaking patients. It pays $6–$8 per hour plus performance commissions and requires weekend availability on CDT hours.
What you'll do
- Conduct outbound sales and cold calls to prospective patients
- Respond to patient inquiries by phone, email, chat and text
- Schedule and reschedule patient appointments
- Follow up with leads not ready to book
- Qualify leads and address objections
- Maintain accurate CRM and lead records
- Meet sales and appointment-setting KPIs
- Handle inbound calls
What you'll need
- Fluent Spanish and English
- Sales, cold calling or appointment-setting experience
- Comfort with outbound calls and follow-ups
- Strong objection-handling and persuasion skills
- Customer-focused communication style
- Ability to manage multiple leads
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Comfort working toward KPIs
