What you'll do
- Sell and/or renew client products or services
- Achieve revenue-based quota
- Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasts
- Manage high volume of customer contacts by phone and email
- Maintain CRM data
- Handle customer concerns and product usage roadblocks
- Qualify and convert leads
- Report to a Sales Manager
