Customer Service Advisor ‑ Alabang XTRA 2026

This is a full-time customer service advisor role at Concentrix in Alabang, Philippines, handling inbound and outbound calls plus internet inquiries. It resolves routine customer problems, documents interactions, and may offer additional products or services; entry-level with a high school diploma and three to six months of relevant experience preferred.

• Handle inbound calls, outbound calls, or internet inquiries
• Meet contractual KPIs
• Clarify customer requirements and provide resolutions
• Listen to customer needs and demonstrate empathy
• Greet customers courteously and professionally
• Maintain basic knowledge of client products and services
• Document and retrieve information in call tracking database
• Offer additional products and/or services

• High school diploma
• Three to six months of relevant experience preferred
• Strong customer service orientation
• Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
• Dependable with strong attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes
• Ability to rotate shifts as needed
