Bilingual Customer Service Telephone Advisor

This is an inbound/outbound phone sales and customer service advisor role for Concentrix in Lima, Peru, selling basic products and handling orders, billing questions, and customer needs. It requires Spanish and full-time availability with rotating shifts; no remote work, pay, or benefits are stated.

• Achieve sales goals on every call
• Use probing techniques or scripts to determine customer needs
• Maintain knowledge of products, pricing, promotions, and procedures
• Greet customers courteously and professionally
• Clarify customer requirements and provide appropriate resolutions
• Prepare accurate work and account notation
• Answer billing questions about customer accounts
• Participate in activities to improve customer satisfaction and sales performance

• Spanish required
• High school diploma preferred
• Three to six months of sales experience
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Basic computer navigation and PC knowledge
• Customer service orientation
• Ability to multitask and adapt quickly
• Able to rotate shifts as needed
