About the role
A bilingual English/French social media content and community moderation role for client social platforms. It is fully remote but limited to candidates in Canada or the US, with rotating day, evening and night shifts on North American Central Time.
What you'll do
- Moderate and reply to comments on client social platforms
- Write engaging content to increase conversation and engagement
- Maintain safe, respectful online communities
- Identify and escalate issues, trends or insights
- Learn client brand strategy, tone and target audience
What you'll need
- Excellent written English and French
- Social platform moderation and interaction experience
- Ability to write for brands and adapt tone
- Knowledge of major platforms such as Facebook
- Comfort discussing varied topics
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Flexibility for evenings and weekends
- Strong organizational skills and reliability
