What you'll do
- Support existing customers across the customer lifecycle
- Build and develop the Customer Success function
- Implement digital onboarding and enablement processes
- Identify upselling and cross-selling potential
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Product Management
- Analyze customer behavior and capture customer needs
- Test and introduce new functionalities at customers
- Build processes, templates and tools to scale Customer Success
What you'll need
- Experience in manufacturing industry or SaaS environment
- Experience in Customer Success, Customer Support or Onboarding
- Very good German and English skills
- Strong communication skills
- Structured and independent working style
- Hands-on mentality
- Onboarding and enablement process experience is an advantage
- Comfortable in a scale-up culture
