About the role
PocketHealth is hiring a bilingual Spanish/English Patient Experience Representative to support patients by phone and email with technical help and platform guidance. The full-time role is remote, runs Monday-Friday on EST hours, and pays CAD 48,000–50,000 annually plus stock options and health benefits.
What you'll do
- Provide patient support by phone and email
- Offer technical support and platform guidance
- Help patients access health records
- Educate patients on platform use
- Collect patient and provider feedback
- Share feedback with management and engineering
What you'll need
- Minimum 2-3 years in customer service with phone and email
- Excellent Spanish and English communication
- Ability to work Monday-Friday 9am-5pm or 10am-6pm EST
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks
- Self-motivated and comfortable in a fast-paced startup
