About the role
Bilingual English/French customer service role handling inbound customer queries, technical troubleshooting and data entry for Teleperformance Canada. It is a full-time work-from-home position with paid training and medical/dental benefits, open to Canada-based candidates.
What you'll do
- Provide first-level technical and customer support for products/applications
- Answer inbound customer queries
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships
