About the role
Customer Success Associate for Horizon3.ai's EMEA mid-market cybersecurity SaaS customers, acting as a post-sales technical advisor for NodeZero adoption, retention, and growth. The role is based in the Netherlands with at least one day per week in the Amsterdam office and requires 3+ years of SaaS cybersecurity customer success experience.
What you'll do
- Manage EMEA mid-market customer portfolio
- Drive NodeZero adoption, value, retention, and growth
- Deliver technical onboarding and enablement
- Advise on pentest results and remediation
- Collaborate with Sales and Renewals
- Run check-ins and quarterly business reviews
- Act as customer advocate with internal teams
- Maintain customer health records and playbooks
What you'll need
- 3+ years in Customer Success, TAM, or Client Services
- SaaS cybersecurity experience
- Cybersecurity practices knowledge
- Enterprise/cloud/offensive security preferred
- Managed book of business with ARR/NRR/GRR
- Based in Netherlands; hybrid Amsterdam 1 day/week
- English fluency required
- French, Spanish, or German preferred
