What you'll do
- Execute scaled engagement and product-adoption campaigns
- Monitor customer health dashboards and AI insights
- Respond to customer inquiries and redirect complex issues
- Identify and manage upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Own contract renewals for assigned book of business
- Use CRM, campaign, and AI platforms
- Track retention, expansion, and adoption metrics
What you'll need
- 2+ years in CS or customer-facing sales in healthcare SaaS or RCM
- Interest in healthcare SaaS, digital health, or health operations
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Experience or interest in CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- Willingness to learn AI platforms
