About the role
On-site customer service and outbound sales role in Maadi, Cairo, answering customer contacts and researching resolutions for English, French, German or Spanish language tracks. It offers full-time rotational shifts, monthly EGP pay from 24k to 48k depending on language, and benefits such as transport and medical insurance, but it is open only to Egyptian nationals.
What you'll do
- Answer incoming customer communications
- Conduct research to resolve customer issues
- Consult on products with compassion
- Resolve customer issues
- Support outbound sales
What you'll need
- C1 level in main language
- B1+ to B2 English
- Minimum 2 years customer service or sales experience
- Graduates only
- Egyptians only
- Rotational 9-hour shifts with 2 days off weekly
- Computer experience
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
