About the role
A junior customer success role at a bookkeeping startup, onboarding and supporting German-speaking customers via chat, email and calls. It is fully remote but limited to people living in Germany or Austria, with flexible hours and room to grow.
What you'll do
- Onboard new customers through initial setup
- Be first point of contact via chat, email or call
- Keep the customer pipeline moving
- Identify recurring customer issues
- Own a project such as knowledge base or onboarding optimization
- Share customer feedback with Accounting, Product and Founders
What you'll need
- First experience in customer contact
- Basic understanding of accounting or tax topics
- Business administration background or commercial training
- Fluent German and English (approx. B2)
- HubSpot experience is an advantage
- Structured process thinking
- Hands-on, solution-oriented mindset
