About the role
Customer service agent for Betsson Group in Malta, supporting Lithuanian- and English-speaking customers by email, chat and phone. The role is hybrid with 3 days in the Malta office and 2 days at home, includes shift work, training and a relocation package.
What you'll do
- Help Lithuanian and English speaking customers via email, chat and telephone
- Work with team to meet customer satisfaction and KPIs
- Translate promotional texts and customer surveys
- Manage customer accounts
- Follow player safety and responsible gaming policies
What you'll need
- Written and verbal communication in Lithuanian and English
- Strong Microsoft Office knowledge
- Background in customer service
- Multi-tasking and time management
- Ability to work 3 days in the Malta office
