About the role
This is an outbound sales role focused on B2B prospecting, cold calling, and lead qualification for US, UK, and Australian markets. It is a remote full-time position on US hours with health insurance, paid training, and performance incentives.
What you'll do
- Contact potential and existing customers to build a lead pipeline
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach in US, UK, and Australian markets
- Qualify leads and set appointments or demos for Account Executives
- Build rapport and follow up with prospects
- Maintain accurate records in HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints as first point of contact
- Collaborate with internal teams on sales strategy
- Complete general administration and ad hoc tasks
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree or certificate course
- 1–2 years as SDR, BDR, or lead generation specialist
- Excellent English communication at C1 level with neutral accent
- Proven outbound sales or cold calling for US, UK, or AUS clients
- Experience with B2B lead generation, email outreach, and CRM management
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, GoHighLevel, or ZoomInfo
- Able to work a graveyard shift
- USB noise-cancelling headset, webcam, 1.8 GHz computer, 4GB RAM, 25 Mbps main and 10 Mbps backup internet
