About the role
Inbound customer service for a US telecom-style client: take calls, help with billing and account questions, and process service activations and deactivations. Independent contractor role open worldwide; inbound call experience and strong spoken English required.

- Answer inbound customer calls
- Explain services and guide customers using company procedures
- Process activations, deactivations and service changes
- Handle billing and account inquiries
- Log every interaction and outcome in the CRM
What you'll need
- Customer service or call center experience
- Inbound call-handling experience
- Strong spoken and written English
- CRM and data-entry experience
- Telecom, cable, satellite or internet support experience preferred
