About the role
citPEAK is hiring a German-speaking Sales Development Representative in Cairo to cold call prospects, qualify inbound leads, and arrange appointments for the sales team. The role offers a fixed 45k EGP net monthly salary plus uncapped commission and KPI bonus, with on-site work in Nasr City or Hurghada.
What you'll do
- Cold call prospects from outside sources
- Engage and qualify inbound leads
- Arrange appointments for the sales team
- Work with a dedicated Sales Consultant to identify strategic targets
- Maintain accurate activity and lead qualification information in CRM
- Achieve qualified opportunity quotas
- Report results
What you'll need
- C1/C2 German language skills
- Sales-oriented, sociable, and flexible personality
- Strong PC user skills
- Ability to learn and self-motivation
- Experience in phone business conversations and attracting new customers
