About the role
A remote contractor role supporting an Australian mortgage broker, processing loan applications from submission through to settlement and keeping clients updated along the way. It requires at least two years of Australian mortgage broking support experience and pays PHP 80,000–100,000 per month on AU business hours.
What you'll do
- Prepare and complete loan application information in GEM
- Submit applications through Apply Online
- Manage loan files from submission through to settlement
- Follow up with clients for outstanding documents and information
- Provide proactive updates to clients throughout the loan process
- Liaise with lenders to keep applications progressing
- Review files to identify missing information or potential delays
- Keep notes, tasks and status updates in JAM / Sales Trek
What you'll need
- At least 2 years' experience supporting an Australian mortgage broker
- Understanding of Australian home loan processes and lender requirements
- Comfort managing multiple active loan files at different stages
- Hands-on experience with Apply Online and mortgage processing or CRM systems
- Confident communicating with Australian clients and lenders
- Organised and proactive
- Experience with GEM, JAM / Sales Trek or an Australian aggregator environment (highly regarded)
