Associate Sales Development (Korean & English Speaker)

A full-time renewal sales role in Ho Chi Minh City focused on retaining and growing customer revenue through contract renewals, service sales, and upsells. It requires English and Korean (TOPIK 5 minimum) plus at least two years of renewal sales experience, with high-volume outbound phone and email work.

• Manage assigned territory and revenue quotas
• Execute renewal sales from quotation to contract
• Negotiate renewal terms and pricing
• Build customer relationships via outbound phone and email
• Resolve customer objections and roadblocks
• Forecast weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales
• Maintain accurate CRM records
• Collaborate with sales team and manager

• 2+ years renewal sales experience
• Track record meeting renewal, retention, or revenue targets
• Quotation and customer negotiation experience
• English and Korean (TOPIK 5 minimum)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable with outbound customer engagement
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Salesforce or similar CRM experience
