About the role
Customer Experience Dental Lab Technician providing live phone, chat, and video support to clinicians on scanning, case prep, and design modifications. Requires Canadian French and English fluency plus 3+ years of dental technician experience and 3Shape CAD/CAM expertise, with the role based in Canada on an 8am–5pm ET shift.
What you'll do
- Partner with doctors in real time to review and refine case designs
- Provide live clinical support via phone, chat, and video
- Troubleshoot issues and clarify workflows
- Act as liaison between doctors and Dandy lab teams
- Translate clinical feedback into production outcomes
What you'll need
- Based in Canada and legally authorized to work in Canada
- Fluent in Canadian French and English, written and verbal
- 3+ years in a dental technician role
- 2+ years of 3Shape CAD/CAM design, including implant and crown & bridge cases
- Deep understanding of digital dental workflows
- Customer-facing lab experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Available 8am–5pm ET
