About the role
Bilingual German and English sales representative role based on-site in Cairo, handling outbound calls and emails during customer onboarding and migration. It offers sales and product training, a monthly performance bonus, 25 days paid leave, and private medical and life insurance.
What you'll do
- Make outbound calls and emails to support customers through onboarding and post-migration
- Engage customers consultatively to understand shipping needs and provide tailored onboarding support
- Assess shipping profiles, complete system workflows, and detect upsell opportunities
- Escalate commercial or complex migration queries to appropriate teams
- Guide customers through transition to new systems and account activation
- Navigate decision-makers to facilitate account setup
What you'll need
- Proficiency in German
- Conversational English
- Strong interest in customer engagement and support
- Previous sales or account management experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn consultative techniques
- Goal-oriented focus on activation targets
- Competence using Microsoft Office and CRM software
