About the role
This is a customer care role handling Dutch-language voice, email and chat support for HelloFresh, with English used for internal work. It is a work-from-home position based in Metro Manila, requiring equipment pickup at the BGC office and the ability to report on-site if needed.
What you'll do
- Answer incoming calls in Dutch
- Respond to email and chat inquiries in Dutch
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues
- Document customer interactions accurately
- Handle escalations when needed
- Perform data entry and administrative tasks
- Collaborate with team members in English
- Adhere to quality and confidentiality standards
What you'll need
- Native or near-native Dutch
- Strong working English
- Customer service experience preferred
- Stable primary internet connection
- Backup internet and power supply
