About the role
Remote fashion customer support role in Spain handling phone, email, and other customer channels for Concentrix. It requires fluent German and advanced English, with paid training and a fixed Monday-to-Friday schedule.
What you'll do
- Handle incoming customer interactions via phone, email, and other channels
- Log all interactions accurately
- Provide timely solutions within SLAs
- Maintain knowledge of products, services, and systems
- Identify and escalate complex cases
What you'll need
- Bilingual or proficient in German
- Advanced level of English
- Good understanding of IT platforms and applications
- Comfortable in a customer service environment
- Strong customer care skills
- Own customer requests through to resolution or escalation
