Portuguese Travel Advisor

Portuguese-English bilingual travel advisor role handling inbound calls, chats, and emails for travel inquiries, bookings, changes, and cancellations. It is an on-site Concentrix role in Cairo with rotational shifts, medical and social insurance, transportation, and a sign-on bonus for the first three months.

• Handle inbound calls, chats, and emails
• Assist with travel inquiries, bookings, changes, and cancellations
• Provide accurate travel service and policy information
• Resolve customer concerns professionally
• Build customer relationships through empathy and clear communication
• Document customer interactions and account updates
• Meet quality and performance standards
• Collaborate with colleagues and support teams

• Fluent in Portuguese and English, written and verbal
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems
• Flexible to work rotational shifts
