About the role
An early-career B2B direct sales role focused on outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and customer engagement for Prodware across European markets. It offers exposure to sales, presales, and Microsoft technologies, with health insurance, flexible working arrangements, and career growth opportunities.
What you'll do
- Research and identify potential customers in European markets
- Conduct outbound prospecting via email, phone, LinkedIn, and events
- Qualify leads and generate opportunities for the sales team
- Build and maintain a pipeline using CRM tools
- Support customer meetings, presentations, and webinars
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Presales, and Delivery teams
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up actions
- Monitor market trends and share insights with the commercial team
What you'll need
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Communication, IT, Economics, Business Engineering, or related field
- Early-career profile with interest in business development and customer engagement
- Professional proficiency in English
- B2B sales, inside sales, business development, account management, customer success, or customer-facing commercial experience is an advantage
- Lead generation, prospecting, or CRM exposure is a plus
- CRM platform experience is beneficial but not mandatory
