What you'll need

- 3+ years with GDS (Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo)
- Fluency in English
- Contact center or customer-facing background
- Flexible for rotating shifts Monday-Friday, 7 AM-11 PM
- Comfortable with Gmail, Zendesk, Slack, Salesforce
