About the role
This is a Malaysia-based sampling and customer care role for SGS, combining field sampling of food, water, swabs and air with handling customer enquiries and key accounts. It requires travel to client sites and is not a remote position.
What you'll do
- Coordinate and execute scheduled sampling activities
- Handle day-to-day customer enquiries
- Conduct food, water, swab, and air sampling
- Perform hygiene audits
- Ensure sample identification, labeling, and documentation
- Submit samples to laboratory within timelines
- Maintain and develop key accounts
- Monitor KPI compliance for response time and service quality
What you'll need
- Diploma in Science, Customer Care, or related field
- 1–3 years of relevant experience
- Fresh graduates encouraged to apply
- Able to work independently
- Willing to travel to client sites
