Inbound and outbound customer care role handling routine customer questions about a client's products and services via phone or internet. It is an entry-level position based in Mandaluyong City, Philippines, with rotating shifts and close supervision while you learn the program.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls and internet inquiries from customers
• Clarify customer requirements and provide resolution using decision-support tools
• Meet contractual key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Greet customers courteously and build rapport
• Maintain basic knowledge of client products and services
• Document and retrieve information in the call tracking database
• Offer additional products and/or services
• Refer inquiries to published materials, secondary sources or senior staff

• High school diploma
• Three to six months of relevant experience preferred
• Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
• Dependable with strong attention to detail
• Tolerance for repetitive, high-production work
• Ability to rotate shifts as needed
• Additional requirements may apply by country or program
