Tele‑Sales Support Agent – Spanish B2

A tele-sales support role in Cairo helping the sales team handle inquiries, follow up on leads and resolve basic customer concerns by phone, chat and other channels. It requires fluent Arabic plus Spanish at B2 or above, and the work is on-site in Cairo with 1–3 years of experience expected.

• Support the sales team with customer inquiries and follow-ups
• Communicate with Arabic- and Spanish-speaking customers by phone, chat and other channels
• Provide accurate information about products and services
• Handle customer requests, questions and basic concerns professionally
• Maintain records of interactions, follow-ups and lead status
• Coordinate with the sales team on timely lead follow-up
• Escalate complex customer issues to the relevant team
• Support daily and monthly operational and sales objectives

• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field
• 1–3 years in tele-sales, sales support, customer service, call center or similar
• Fluent Arabic
• Spanish level B2 or above
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good customer-handling and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office
• Organized, proactive and customer-oriented
