About the role
Key account customer success role for Chowbus, managing enterprise restaurant clients on POS solutions through demos, onboarding, training, and support. It is an on-site Chicago position requiring English and Mandarin, with 2+ years of customer success experience preferred.
What you'll do
- Serve as primary contact for key enterprise clients
- Understand client business needs and provide tailored POS solutions
- Identify upsell and expansion opportunities
- Assist clients with POS product demos
- Support store onboarding and go-live processes
- Resolve POS system usage issues and coordinate internal follow-up
- Deliver system training and product update meetings
- Lead weekly and monthly client meetings and document requirements
What you'll need
- Advanced Microsoft skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong execution skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in data analysis, reporting, and CRM systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred
- 2+ years of customer success management preferred
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin required
