Spanish Customer Service Representative

Teleperformance in Cairo is hiring full-time, on-site Spanish customer service representatives to handle inbound calls, resolve customer issues, and make follow-up calls. No prior experience is required, and applicants need English and Spanish plus basic computer and typing skills.

• Handle inbound calls to department standards
• Provide expert advice and accurate information
• Resolve customer issues and escalate only when needed
• Document cases clearly and concisely
• Meet schedule adherence goals
• Make outbound follow-up calls
• Use multiple applications during calls

• University graduate or equivalent degree
• College dropouts: high school graduate or university dropout for at least one year
• No particular experience required
• Previous customer experience is a plus
• Excellent command of English
• Ability to use computers and internet applications
• Typing speed of minimum 20 WPM and 80% accuracy
• Flexibility and adaptability to working conditions and hours
