About the role
Inbound card and account support agent for a U.S. banking program, handling calls about card activation, lost cards, balances, payments, disputes, and fraud. The role is a remote 1099 contract with self-set hours, 24/7 coverage, and $15–$17 per hour plus certification bonuses.
What you'll do
- Handle inbound card activation calls
- Process card replacements and lost/stolen card reports
- Answer balance and account questions
- Handle payments, transfers, and disputes
- Perform identity verification
- Follow strict security and compliance protocols
- Identify and help resolve potential fraud
- Document every interaction accurately
