About the role
This is an on-site senior sales advisor role in Cairo for TTEC, focused on inbound and outbound B2B sales and customer contacts in Dutch and English. It requires Dutch at C1 and English at B2, and offers sales training, a monthly performance bonus, 25 days paid leave, and medical/life insurance.
What you'll do
- Generate new business opportunities
- Contact existing customers
- Handle outbound and inbound sales calls
- Nurture customer relationships and retention
- Respond to incoming calls and emails
- Identify customer shipping profiles
- Refer leads to the appropriate channel
What you'll need
- Proven track record in B2B sales
- Dutch proficiency at C1 minimum
- English proficiency at B2 minimum
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales negotiation and closing techniques
- Cold calling and appointment setting experience
- Goal-oriented with target focus
- Ability to understand customer feelings
