What you'll do
- Act as first contact for customers
- Guide businesses in adopting cloud technologies
- Drive revenue growth
- Identify and capitalize on SMB opportunities
- Maximize up-sell and cross-sell opportunities
- Collaborate with Solution Specialists and Partner Connection Managers
- Collect and relay customer feedback
What you'll need
- Proficient in Norwegian and fluent in English
- 1-2 years IT sales experience or sales account/customer management experience
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience using CRM systems such as Dynamics 365 or Salesforce
