What you'll do
- Handle inbound and outbound B2B communications in French
- Build and maintain relationships with business clients
- Understand client requirements and provide product/service information
- Address inquiries, concerns, and issues professionally
- Follow up with clients to ensure resolution and satisfaction
- Document client interactions in CRM and company systems
- Escalate complex cases to appropriate teams
- Meet quality, productivity, and performance targets
What you'll need
- French proficiency B2–C1
- Good command of English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Active listening, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
- Basic computer and typing skills
- Willingness to work on-site in New Cairo
