Customer Service Representative (Pune)

Concentrix is hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative based in Pune, India, to handle customer calls or online inquiries and resolve routine product or service issues. The job may also include content moderation of sensitive or explicit material, and it requires 0–3 years of experience and willingness to rotate shifts.

• Handle inbound calls, outbound calls, or internet inquiries
• Resolve routine customer problems about products or services
• Meet contractual KPIs
• Clarify customer requirements and confirm understanding
• Document accounts and track information in call systems
• Offer additional products or services
• Review and moderate reported content when assigned
• Maintain basic knowledge of client products and services

• Graduate or undergraduate in any discipline
• 0 to 3 years of relevant experience
• Strong customer service orientation
• Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
• Dependable with strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changes
• Ability to rotate shifts as needed
