About the role
French-speaking customer service role with TTEC at Maadi Technology Park in Cairo, on a 24/7 rotational shift schedule. Pay is EGP 28,007 gross per month plus transportation, social and medical insurance, and an overnight allowance after 8 PM.

- Provide customer service for the Avetta account
- Work 9-hour shifts including a 1-hour break
- Work 24/7 rotational shifts
