About the role
Certified pharmacy technician role supporting Amazon Pharmacy customers by phone and chat with prescription, insurance, and website issues. It requires an active in-state pharmacy technician license and offers flexible shifts that may include weekends.
What you'll do
- Answer incoming customer calls and chats
- Triage insurance claim issues
- Advise customers on prescription and shipment status
- Provide technical support for pharmacy website
- Handle escalated calls through resolution
- Make outbound calls including urgent situations
- Collaborate with pharmacy team to maintain satisfaction
What you'll need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6+ months computer and web-based tools experience
- Active and unrestricted in-state Certified Pharmacy Technician license
- National Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB or NHA)
- Phone and computer multitasking skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
