About the role
A customer-facing technical role deploying Lambda's AI cloud infrastructure for large strategic customers, from signed contract to live production. It requires deep GPU/HPC, Kubernetes, and Linux troubleshooting experience and is limited to candidates in the USA.
What you'll do
- Validate signed deployments from contract to live production
- Troubleshoot configuration, connectivity, storage, and compute issues
- Coordinate with Infrastructure, Engineering, Product, and Data Center teams
- Track deployment status, open issues, and risks
- Provide regular status updates including RAG status and top risks
- Guide customers through onboarding to their first production workload
- Serve as the customer's technical contact through deployment and early production
- Build reusable runbooks, checklists, or automation
What you'll need
- 4+ years of hands-on technical experience with GPU/HPC infrastructure, cloud platforms, Kubernetes, or large-scale Linux systems
- Comfortable validating builds, spotting gaps, and holding engineering teams accountable
- Strong troubleshooting instincts for networking, storage, or compute issues
- Track record coordinating across engineering and infrastructure teams
- Clear written and verbal communication for status updates and technical documentation
- Bias toward diving in and taking ownership
