Retention Advisor ‑ Phone Calls ‑ Independencia

Retention/sales advisor handling inbound and outbound phone calls for Concentrix in Lima, Peru. The role focuses on meeting sales goals, matching products to customer needs, and providing basic customer service in Spanish.

• Achieve sales goals and maximize opportunities on each call
• Use scripts and probing techniques to determine customer needs
• Maintain knowledge of products, pricing, promotions, and procedures
• Greet customers courteously and professionally
• Listen to customer concerns and build relationships
• Clarify requirements and provide appropriate resolutions
• Prepare accurate work and account annotations
• Answer billing questions about customer accounts

• High school diploma
• Three to six months of sales experience preferred
• Strong customer service orientation
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Written and verbal communication ability
• Basic computer navigation and PC knowledge
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Able to rotate shifts as needed
