Telesales Executive ‑ Real Estate

A full-time on-site telesales role in Cairo focused on calling prospects, closing sales deals, and maintaining customer relationships. It requires proven telesales or sales/customer service experience, excellent English, and offers health and life insurance benefits.

• Contact potential or existing customers using scripts
• Answer questions about products or the company
• Understand customer requirements and close sales
• Direct prospects to the field sales team
• Enter and update customer information in the database
• Take and process orders accurately
• Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation
• Meet sales quotas and keep records of calls and sales

• Proven experience as a telesales representative or in sales/customer service
• Track record of meeting sales quotas, preferably over the phone
• Knowledge of CRM software and telephone systems
• Ability to learn and explain products and services
• Excellent knowledge of English
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
• Strong negotiation and complaint-resolution skills
