About the role

What you'll do
- Handle customer inquiries and requests
- Manage quotations, contract review, budget monitoring and invoicing
- Maintain customer master data and project information in eLIMS
- Coordinate with laboratory, project management, quality assurance and business development
- Communicate project status, schedules and deliverables to customers
- Track inquiries and ensure agreed deadlines are met
- Support correct invoicing, revenue tracking and financial reporting
- Contribute to process improvement and quality compliance
What you'll need
- Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
- First relevant experience in administrative or commercial area desirable
- Strong commercial understanding and structured working style
- Experience in invoicing, order processing, purchasing or budget management is an advantage
- High customer and service orientation
- Very good Microsoft Office skills
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Very good German and good English skills
