Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Representative supporting a cloud-based communication platform through phone, ticketing, live chat, and video. Fully remote, open to candidates in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe, working 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST at $4.40 per hour.

• Handle inbound customer calls
• Resolve customer concerns
• Conduct outbound follow-up calls
• Support customers via live chat and Zoom
• Manage Zendesk tickets
• Document customer interactions
• Maintain customer pipeline
• Identify upselling opportunities

• 1–2 years customer service or phone sales experience
• Experience with inbound and outbound calls
• Zendesk experience preferred
• CallTools or similar dialing platform preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Comfortable with phone, chat, email, Zoom
• Familiar with Google Workspace and CRM
• Reliable internet and equipment for remote work
