Bilingual French/English Customer Care Specialist (Piraeus)

Bilingual French/English customer care role for a premium brand at TaskUs in Piraeus, Greece. It involves voice, chat and email support, case follow-up and escalation, with a gross monthly salary of €1,150 plus allowances and insurance.

• Track and follow cases to ensure timely closure
• Maintain high customer satisfaction for a major brand
• Provide technical customer assistance via voice, chat, email and other channels
• Escalate unresolved cases to 2nd level support
• Assist customers through their purchase journey
• Answer product and inventory questions
• Process customer and payment details
• Communicate clearly in French and English

• Bilingual French and English at C1/C2 speaking and writing
• Minimum 1-2 years customer support or technical support experience
• Experience with chat, email and phone customer communication
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as a remote team player
• Adaptable and flexible with process and information changes
• Willing to participate in background screening
• Working knowledge of PC-based internet and software applications
