Outbound B2B sales development role for a Spanish-speaking SDR based in South America, focused on financial services and investment-sector prospects. It requires prior financial sales experience and offers fully remote work with flexible hours, performance bonuses, and progression toward Account Executive.
What you'll do
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Engage Spanish-speaking prospects in discovery and qualification conversations
- Identify customer needs, challenges, priorities, and buying intent
- Communicate financial and investment-related propositions professionally
- Prospect and engage business and financial decision-makers
- Generate and qualify sales opportunities for the sales team
- Navigate objections and complex sales conversations
- Maintain prospect and activity data in CRM and sales engagement platforms
What you'll need
- Fluent/native-level Spanish
- Strong professional English
- Currently based in South America
- Previous financial services, financial products, or investment sales experience
- Previous SDR, BDR, business development, inside sales, or outbound sales experience
- Strong cold-calling and outbound prospecting background
- Experience qualifying B2B sales opportunities
- Experience using CRM and sales engagement tools
