About the role
Office-based customer service advisor role in Hammersmith, London, handling customer queries in English, German and Dutch for a life sciences testing company. Requires fluency in German and Dutch and previous customer service experience, and does not offer visa sponsorship.
What you'll do
- Handle customer queries by phone, email and face-to-face in English, Dutch and German
- Resolve queries and provide product advice
- Provide administrative support and help run the office
- Arrange sample shipments and fulfil orders
- Coordinate cases from instruction to completion
- Liaise with laboratories, clients and medical clinics worldwide
- Log samples, ship collection kits, distribute reports and handle invoicing
- Manage ongoing client relationships and manifest samples
What you'll need
- Fluent in German and Dutch, speaking and writing
- Previous customer service experience
- Very organised and able to use initiative
- Computer literate
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Team player
- Knowledge of Outlook, Magento and Zendesk is beneficial
- Must be based in Hammersmith, London; no visa sponsorship available
