About the role
Samsara is hiring an Implementation Consultant in the UK to manage customer deployments and onboarding for its IoT/Connected Operations platform. The role is customer-facing, requires English and German fluency, project management experience, and up to 30% travel to customer sites.
What you'll do
- Manage deployment of Samsara technology to customers
- Lead solution workshops to develop L1 processes
- Guide customers through change management
- Run training sessions and demonstrate technology
- Juggle multiple customer engagements
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, and Product
What you'll need
- 2+ years in implementation consultant, project manager, or onboarding role
- Strong project management skills
- 2+ years supporting technical products
- Solutions-oriented with problem-solving skills
- Experience managing >20 implementations/projects at a time
- Proven track record building trust with stakeholders
- Fluency in English and German (spoken and written)
