Associate, Customer Acquisition ‑ Bilingual (El Salvador‑ San Salvador)

An outbound customer acquisition and renewals sales role for Concentrix in San Salvador, focused on high-volume phone and email contact to meet revenue quotas. It requires bilingual English/Spanish speakers with at least two years of customer service or sales experience and CRM familiarity.

• Sell renewals/services and may offer upsell opportunities within an assigned territory and team
• Provide accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasts
• Master product knowledge and technical understanding to assess client requirements
• Initiate steps to resolve customer concerns or roadblocks affecting satisfaction or product usage
• Handle objections and competitive pressures to retain or win customers
• Manage high volume of customer contacts through phone and email, mostly outbound
• Maintain CRM data and capture all relevant customer information
• Undertake sales motions such as lead qualification, lead conversion, health checks, and contract renewals

• 2+ years of experience in customer service or sales
• Prior success achieving personal and team sales quota/goals
• Experience in high-volume calling
• Experience learning new technology and data
• Problem solving skills
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs
• Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
• Experience or willingness to work from home
