About the role
Senior application support role on Unit4 ERP/ERPx, resolving complex customer support cases for EMEA and UK customers and mentoring colleagues. Based in London, it requires Unit4 ERP/x and Financial/Logistics module experience plus basic SQL and strong English.
What you'll do
- Manage and resolve daily customer support cases across EMEA and UK
- Act as subject matter expert for complex issues and escalations
- Provide guidance and mentoring to team members
- Deliver training sessions and support knowledge development
- Own escalation management and ensure timely resolution
- Cover first-line and advanced support responsibilities
- Contribute to special projects and process improvements
- Expand ERPx knowledge through a rotation programme
What you'll need
- Proven experience with Unit4 ERP/x
- Strong knowledge of Financial/Logistics module
- Basic SQL skills
- Strong English communication skills
- Ability to manage standard support cases and complex escalations
- Occasional travel to customer sites
- Mentoring or coaching experience is nice-to-have
- Training delivery experience is nice-to-have
